Each day our children do so many things which makes me smile.
There is no way to remember them all.
So, I want to take a few minutes and document what is going on their life right now.
These may be little things,
but they are MY little things
and I don't want to ever forget them.
Abby
Once we get past the wet pants (disgusting) and timed potty breaks, life will be much more enjoyable!
Today is the fourth day of full-time potty training. So far each day has been better than the previous. She went to preschool yesterday and had no accidents! We were so proud of her. But, she had an accident soon after she came home :(
I guess we will take it one day at a time!
Wish us luck!
(Oh what will we do with all the money NOT spent on pull-ups? Oh yeah, there are two college funds to think about. Well, that excitement was short-lived.)
George
George's personality is developing at an exponential pace.
He doesn't hesitate to let us know if he doesn't like something. He will scream and cry for a few moments until he realizes that we aren't paying attention to him throwing a fit and then he gets over it and goes along with his business.
I've noticed that he becomes shy and reserved when new people are around.
He eventually warms up and is himself, but only after he has studied the new people and feels comfortable. He likes to laugh and have lots of fun running around. One of his favorite things to do is run as fast as he can to Mom or Dad and give big hugs!
He has two teeth coming in right now.
He is showing his Michigan roots and eating blueberries faster than I can give them to him. He is going to really love summers in Michigan.
His hair is growing so fast and the back of his hair is definitely curly.
Two kids with curly hair?!?!... oh boy!
