Saturday Morning's

Saturday mornings in Brighton can't be beat! The kids and I walk downtown to the farmers market, feed the ducks and play at the park. This morning happened to be Flower Day and they closed the streets. Vendors were setup with fresh flowers and produce. We bought some corn, watermelon and some cinnamon bread! Abby jumped in a bounce house, colored a sheet from the library and shared a giant snickerdoodle cookie (Grandma Bev's favorite) with George. Then we went to the park. 

Abby found a new friend.

 George fell asleep on the way to the park. Literally, "Ya snooze, Ya Lose".

Abby's First Visit to the Dentist

Abby had her first visit to the dentist this morning.

Here she is checking out the toys in the waiting room, looking a little uneasy.

She climbed up into the chair all by herself.

She did GREAT!  

She opened her mouth wide while they cleaned her teeth with bubble gum toothpaste, 

and then she listened while they counted her teeth.  

10 on top.  

10 on bottom. 

And, there were no cavities!  

Hip Hip Hooray!

 

Here she is with her new pink toothbrush displaying her clean shiny teeth!

Aunt Bridget will be so proud :)
